Celebrating Hancock's Accountability Results

Dear H Nation Families,

The official 2026 Mississippi Accountability Rankings have been released, and Hancock County School District has earned an A rating for the FOURTH consecutive year! Additionally, our district is ranked #18 out of 148 school districts in Mississippi, earning the second-highest accountability score in district history!

We also have several individual schools celebrating impressive statewide rankings:

• #4 – East Hancock Elementary
• #5 – West Hancock Elementary
• #13 – Hancock High School
• #20 – Hancock North Central Elementary

These accomplishments are a direct reflection of the hard work and commitment of our students and staffulty. Every day, our educators work to provide meaningful learning opportunities for our students, and we are incredibly proud to see those efforts reflected in our results.

We also recognize that student success extends beyond the classroom. To our parents and families, thank you for the role you play in your child's education. Your partnership and continued support make a difference, and we are grateful to have a community that believes in our schools.

Thank you for being part of H Nation and helping make these accomplishments possible!
